You will be responsible for monitoring emerging regulation, supporting analysis and impact assessments, contributing to regulatory implementation programmes, and helping define materials that demonstrate Aladdin&#39;s operational resilience and compliance posture.</p>\n<p><strong>About the team</strong></p>\n<p>The Commercial Operations &amp; Transactions team sits within the Aladdin COO organisation and plays a central role in ensuring the commercial, regulatory, and operational integrity of the Aladdin business. The team partners with functions across both Aladdin and BlackRock more generally to support contracting, regulatory readiness, governance processes, and the execution of cross-functional initiatives.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor emerging regulation and support analysis and impact assessments</li>\n<li>Contribute to regulatory implementation programmes</li>\n<li>Help define materials that demonstrate Aladdin&#39;s operational resilience and compliance posture</li>\n<li>Support broader COO-sponsored initiatives spanning organisational design, office footprint strategy, entity governance, and operational alignment across the EMEA Aladdin Business</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3–5 years&#39; experience in regulatory analysis, operational resilience, COO/business operations, legal/commercial operations, or a related field</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret regulatory text, contractual language, and operational documentation</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior stakeholders</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams and maintain high attention to detail</li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulatory or operational frameworks (e.g., outsourcing rules, resilience regimes, etc)</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across various teams</li>\n<li>Proficiency in English required; additional languages desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Our benefits</strong></p>\n<p>To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of employee benefits including: retirement investment and tools designed to help you in building a sound financial future; access to education reimbursement; comprehensive resources to support your physical health and emotional well-being; family support programs; and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.</p>\n<p><strong>Our hybrid work model</strong></p>\n<p>BlackRock&#39;s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all.
