      <Description><![CDATA[<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We&#39;re expanding our AI Agents Suite and are looking for an AI Agents Strategist to help drive customer adoption and revenue growth. This is a client-facing, revenue-owning role focused on launching, scaling, and optimizing AI agents for retail and e-commerce customers.</p>
<p><strong>What You&#39;ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own onboarding and activation for AI Agent customers, partnering closely with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Solutions teams.</li>
<li>Own both the revenue goals and product direction, enabling the training and adoption of client stakeholders to confidently launch and operate AI agents.</li>
<li>Ensure early, measurable results by connecting agent performance to business outcomes such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, cost savings, and customer loyalty.</li>
<li>Act as the strategic and commercial owner for a portfolio of AI agent customers.</li>
<li>Drive revenue growth through: new customers, existing customers, partnerships, and supporting the right messaging and marketing of the AI Agent solution.</li>
<li>Analyze agent performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.</li>
<li>Build strong, long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on AI strategy.</li>
<li>Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1-3 years of hands-on experience with AI agents or AI-powered products in a customer-facing environment.</li>
<li>3-5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, account strategy, or solutions consulting within AI, SaaS, or data-driven products.</li>
<li>Proven track record of growing revenue from existing customers.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and business cases.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with both operators and executives.</li>
<li>Consultative, proactive mindset with comfort operating in a fast-moving, “build from scratch” environment.</li>
