Fachhochschule)</li>\n<li>Grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse</li>\n<li>Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Servicebereich der Automobilbranche</li>\n<li>Führungserfahrung</li>\n<li>sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Bürosoftware und sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen</li>\n<li>Muttersprache Deutsch oder Französisch sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache, Englisch von Vorteil</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why this matters</strong></p>\n<p>This role is responsible for the development and implementation of customer service strategies across all locations.
