      <Title>ADAS Simulation Tools Developer</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress. We&#39;re looking for an ADAS Simulation Tools Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Safety Electronics team, you&#39;ll be responsible for developing and maintaining full vehicle simulation solutions to support Ford&#39;s ADAS software development. You&#39;ll work closely with team members to collaborate with our suppliers and other relevant Ford teams to meet the needs of Ford&#39;s ADAS software developers in an Agile working environment.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development of next Gen Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) simulation environment using C++</li>
<li>Develop ADAS simulation methods, processes, tools and documentation to integrate multiple ADAS features to support feature design, verification and validation</li>
<li>Manage the deployment and release of the next Gen ADAS simulation environments on CI/CD pipeline to test ADAS software on every code change</li>
<li>Support the integration of vehicle, sensor and feature control models and software to support the delivery of ADAS features</li>
<li>Support on-going CAE correlations efforts</li>
<li>Support the development of plan to transition physical vehicle testing to simulation-based tests</li>
<li>Contribute to team results through ownership in agile software development process</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience</li>
<li>3+ years of experience with programming in C++ (11 or above), Python or other Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages in Windows or Linux environments</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Our Preferred requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics or a related field</li>
<li>3+ years of Experience with Linux or other POSIX Operating Systems</li>
<li>3+ years of Experience with networking (TCP/IP)</li>
<li>3+ years of developing software using modern development tools like Bazel, Docker, Git, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, and Jenkins</li>
<li>3+ years of developing software on Cloud platforms like Google Cloud, AWS or Azure</li>
<li>8+ or more years of relevant experience in software design, including debugging, performance analysis, and automation of testing designs</li>
<li>Experience developing platforms or tools for internal customers.</li>
<li>Experience with AI, cloud, simulation, accelerated computing, and Python ecosystem</li>
<li>Experience with optimizing large scale software architecture through concurrency or GPU technology</li>
<li>Experience with Robot Operating System (ROS) or other middleware</li>
<li>Experience with vehicle systems and their role in ADAS simulation</li>

<p><strong>Salary:</strong></p>
<p>This position is a salary grade 6 through 8 and ranges from $83,000 to $160.000.</p>
<p><strong>Workplace:</strong></p>
<p>This position is a hybrid (onsite four days per week) for candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location.</p>
