<p>The ideal candidate has a bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting or Finance and 5+ years of experience working on an accounting team, ideally at a rapidly growing, early-stage company. They should have experience managing and mentoring a team, excellent attention to detail, and strong, collaborative analytical and problem-solving abilities. They should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Extra credit is given for active CPA, Big 4 experience, and understanding of Friendly PC model and implications for accounting processes and controls.</p>

<p>The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading all local accounting, administrative, and financial operations to ensure full compliance with local regulations and group standards.
