What You'll Do: Accounting & Close: Prepare journal entries, perform monthly balance-sheet reconciliations, assist with monthly close and financial statements. Reporting & Accuracy: Ensure timeliness and accuracy of records, support financial reporting for internal stakeholders. Audits: Coordinate with external auditors and support audit execution. Budgeting & Analysis: Track performance against budgets, identify trends, discrepancies, and risks, support financial planning discussions. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and other teams, build strong working relationships across departments. Operations & Improvement: Support automation and process optimization initiatives, contribute to a high-trust, high-accountability finance culture.

Experience & Qualifications: 1+ years of accounting experience (startup or tech is a plus) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills Experience with accounting or finance systems Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
