      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re seeking a well-rounded strategic seller to join our Startup and SMB Account Executive team. As an Account Executive, you&#39;ll identify new opportunities for prospects to get the most out of Stripe by quickly understanding our clients&#39; needs, execute scaled sales strategies to acquire new customers and drive product adoption.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Identify high-potential prospective users from inbound leads and outbound prospecting</li>
<li>Own the full sales cycle from lead to close for SMBs and Platforms</li>
<li>Develop and implement full sales cycle strategies for driving new logo and product adoption</li>
<li>Solve complex client needs and work across product, sales, risk, and operations teams to improve our platform</li>
<li>Generate your own leads through cold calling, blitzing, research, networking, and driving your territory</li>
<li>Make every potential Stripe user happy with every interaction, regardless of deal size</li>
<li>Identify and understand users&#39; pain points to propose Stripe solutions</li>
<li>Set up users for success by coordinating internally with other Stripe teams</li>
</ul>
<p>Minimum requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years of sales or prospecting experience, preferably at a technology company, with a track record of top performance</li>
<li>Ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and build great relationships with technical customers</li>
<li>Analytical ability to manage complex sales cycles</li>
<li>Experience managing projects with input from cross-functional teams</li>
<li>A knack for working well with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally</li>
<li>Ability and motivation to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Superior verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets</li>
