As a 2nd Provision Master, you will participate in internal loading of stores items, issue last-minute orders, and report technical defects. You will ensure compliance with inventory and product control policies and procedures. You will maintain regular communication with F&B department heads and respond promptly to internal requests.

You will create a positive first impression on internal customers through friendly and professional behavior. You will maintain communication with onboard F&B management and other departments, comply with applicable policies and procedures, and maintain records regarding public health and sanitation standards. You will ensure the work environment and equipment are safe operating order, and perform job duties in compliance with safety policies.

You will follow timekeeping rules and create accurate ILO records. You will also perform all General Emergency Organization duties as directed in the Emergency Response Organization.

Essential skills and qualifications include at least 2 years prior experience in a large F&B Store environment, solid knowledge of Food and Beverage storage and preservation techniques, processes and procedures, basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures, good English language skills, motivation to excel in all aspects of job duties and responsibilities, personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality, and commitment to establish and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
