This role sits at the heart of managing the production areas, supporting the company&#39;s growth and development through the growth of their teams.</p>\n<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>\n<p>As a Trainee Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating and tooling across a broad range of products. You will check information on drawings is clear, check route card instructions are correct, and help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
