<p>As a Senior People Systems Analyst, you will be a technical anchor for our Workday ecosystem. This role isn&#39;t just about maintenance; it&#39;s about architecting the future of our People data.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Architect &amp; Execute: Lead the technical configuration for annual cycles (ATR/Comp Planning), driving technical requirements, implementation, testing, and deployment to ensure a frictionless user experience.</li>

<li>High-Pressure Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical partner for the Compensation team. You will navigate high-stakes environments with composure, translating urgent business needs into scalable Workday solutions.</li>

<li>Collaborative Escalation: Actively contribute to our supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting peers. You must demonstrate the judgment to escalate risks and roadblocks timely, ensuring that &#39;pressure&#39; doesn&#39;t become &#39;blockage.&#39;</li>

<li>System Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary expert and point-of-contact for day-to-day support of Workday HCM &amp; Compensation, managing business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Data Orchestration: Leverage Workday Prism to ingest, transform, and report on high-volume data sets, providing leadership with actionable insights.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Document Engineering: Design and maintain professional, pixel-perfect compensation and stock statements using BIRT or Workday docs.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strategic Roadmapping: Work alongside People Solutions to drive product-led strategic projects from discovery to deployment, ensuring our Workday footprint evolves ahead of Stripe&#39;s growth</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Operational Excellence: Manage KLTO work with high precision, serving as the Tier 3 expert for HCM, Advanced Comp, and Security.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Compliance &amp; Governance: Maintain a rigorous posture on SOX compliance and Workday security model integrity.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Stakeholder Diplomacy: Partner with the wider Solutions team and our stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical requirements, setting clear expectations and managing project timelines.</li>
</ul>
