The Head of Global Mobility and Immigration will play a critical role in enabling OpenAI to attract, hire, and retain global talent by designing and leading immigration and mobility programs that support a rapidly growing and internationally distributed workforce.</p>\n<p><strong><strong>About the Role:</strong></strong></p>\n<p>The Head of Global Mobility and Immigration will lead and scale OpenAI’s immigration, relocation, and mobility tax programs during a period of rapid company growth and global expansion. This role requires someone who can operate strategically while also building and refining the operational systems that enable the company to hire and support talent from around the world.</p>\n<p>You will partner closely with Legal, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure OpenAI’s immigration and mobility programs support the company’s growth while managing legal and compliance risk.
