Job Purpose

Execute tasks regarding order fulfillment, stocking, cycle-count, receiving, shipping and other general logistics assignments as required.

Key Accountabilities

1. Ability to operate a standard vehicle to support parts movement operations.
2. Ability to be forklift certified.
3. Knowledgeable in aerospace parts.
4. Ability to input, analyse, and understand computer based WMS system transactions.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes).
6. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
7. Ability to use a hand scanner, barcode labeling and scale system effectively.
8. Ability to lift 50 lbs. to chest height.
9. Able to perform effectively on above ground lifts or working at heights.
10. Parts handling and inventory control experience preferred.
11. Hazardous material handling and shipping experience preferred.
12. Export Compliance / International Shipping experience preferred.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

Education, Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

1. High school diploma
2. Knowledge of SAP
3. 0-1 year experience in material control or logistics
4. Valid drivers license

Working Conditions

1. Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
2. Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
3. Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.).
4. Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
5. Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions.
6. Effectively communicate in Business English language.
7. Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
8. Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided 'reach assistance technology' or 'movement assist technology' (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties.

The Customer Parts Supply Officer will support the Fun Cup and Supra GT4 customers in terms of spare parts supply for the European, American, and Asian market. The warehouse will be the central point for sending parts to customers all over the world. This person brings expertise in customer support and logistics, and has experience with WMS systems. We are looking for a full-time employee.

The duties of the Customer Parts Supply Officer will include:

• Spare parts order preparation: picking, packing, shipping
• Order processing through the WMS system
• Handling of spare parts shipment worldwide
• Communication over lead time and shipment
• Provide an effective supply service to the customers
• Follow and comment weekly customer account updates
• Pack with care valuable/fragile parts
• Suggest ideas and improvement to increase order preparation efficiency
• Participate to webshop improvements
• Receive and handle customers complaints
• Possibility to operate also in the support truck during track events
• Report to program manager

The Customer Parts Supply Officer should have the following desired skillset:

• SAP ERP routine handling is an advantage
• Knowledge of car parts handling
• Experience with customs clearance related challenges is an advantage
• Hands on approach with a flexible 'Can Do' and 'Will Do' attitude
• Timely in reporting and flexible with workload and tight deadline
• Pro-active problem solver and strong organisation capacities
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, motivational attitude
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office
