\nRequirements:\nProficiency in wire harness assembly techniques, including soldering, crimping, and connector termination, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.\nPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment, with a demonstrated track record of success in assembling and integrating complex electrical systems.\nMeticulous attention to detail and precision, with the ability to accurately interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with the capacity to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently and effectively.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.\nFlexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment, with a proactive and can-do attitude.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certifications or coursework in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field preferred.
\nQualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.\nProven experience as a technician or assembler, preferably in a high-tech or aerospace environment.\nUnderstanding of mechanical and electrical systems.\nProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.\nStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.\nIPC-620 WHMA is a plus.\nSoldering is a plus.\nModerate computer proficiency (Excel, Slack, Email).\nFamiliar with proper use of DMM (Digital Multi Meter).
