<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>

<li>Perform Weld Repair on metal components using MIG methods</li>
<li>Use of checking fixtures and other measuring and gauging equipment to test and determine compliance to customer requirements.</li>
<li>Responsible for counting and labelling of finished components and the recording of all appropriate production information.</li>

<p><strong>TRAINING/DISQUALIFICATION</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Associates, who receive a job transfer/promotion will be trained and evaluated in their new position. The actual length of training is dependent upon the position/job assigned and the individuals’ ability to learn and perform the required duties.</li>
<li>During the training period, the associates’ performance typically will be evaluated and a performance evaluation completed at 30, 60 and 90-day intervals. Criterion utilized for the performance evaluation process may include but is not limited to: compliance with safety and quality standards/procedures, job knowledge, dependability/adaptability, resourcefulness, team work, productivity, and housekeeping 6S.</li>
<li>If an individual needs further training or improvement at the conclusion of the 90-day evaluation period the training/job evaluation period may be extended an additional 30 days. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from the classification/position.</li>
<li>If, during the 90-day training period, an associate is unable to perform to level expected by the Company or resigns from a position, the associate may not be eligible for reapplying for the same position without demonstrating an improvement of their skill and ability from consideration for that position for one (1) year, and will return to their previously held position; seniority and availability permitting. If they do not have the seniority to hold their previous position, they will be assigned to another available position as needed, provided they can successfully perform the work.
