<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Verify mechanical, electrical, and composite components meet specifications</li>
<li>Review and validate torque values and torque striping</li>
<li>Inspect welds and ensure compliance with applicable standards</li>
<li>Identify defects and nonconformances with high accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>Write clear, detailed, and actionable issue tickets for discrepancies</li>
<li>Maintain thorough documentation and traceability within company systems</li>
<li>Develop deep product knowledge and understand the full system (“Corsair”) inside and out</li>
<li>Interpret and apply internal procedures, specifications, and quality standards</li>
<li>Interact with customers and confidently walk them through inspection processes and findings</li>
<li>Support quality and production teams by communicating issues and driving resolution</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification (Required)</li>
<li>Strong mechanical knowledge and inspection experience</li>
<li>Extensive composite inspection experience</li>
<li>Knowledge of welding inspection fundamentals</li>
<li>Strong understanding of torque values and verification methods</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in support of the building, integration, and testing of autonomous surface vessels.</p>
<p>In this role, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across shipyard operations,including hull fabrication, welding, outfitting, electrical integration, and sea trials. You will work closely with engineering, production, and regulatory bodies to monitor, evaluate, and enhance product and process quality, ensuring vessels meet all customer, naval, and industry requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
