Reviewing incoming quality concerns to maintain quality within Body Area and initiating containment as vital, resolving root cause and implementing corrective actions. Ability to work any shift, as well as rotating shifts and weekends.</p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you will need:</p>\n<p>Associate’s degree in Weld engineering with a minimum of 3 years of Resistance Spot welding (RSW), Drawn Arc welding, Robotic welding and joining experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiar with Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and Weld Procedure Specifications (WPS). Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Must have the ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.</p>\n<p>Even better, you may have:</p>\n<p>Bachelor’s degree in Weld Engineering. Previous experience within a high-volume production facility. Previous automotive, maintenance, welding engineering and quality analysis experience. NDT(non-destructive testing) L1, L2 Certified.
