<p>What you&#39;ll do as a Senior Solutions Engineer</p>
<p>The Pre-Sales Solution Engineering organization owns the technical sales of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and adoption roadmap for our customers. Solution Engineering is made up of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds including but not limited to Sales Consultants, Technical Consultants, Technical Support and Program Managers.</p>
<p>You are a customer facing technologist within the Cloudflare Solutions Engineering team. You have experience in working in a pre-sales or other technical customer facing role supporting large enterprise accounts or acquiring new enterprise customers, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills suited to explain the benefits of CloudFlare products and services to existing and potential customers.</p>
<p>In this role you will be responsible for partnering with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support, prepare and deliver technical presentations and demos explaining the benefits of Cloudflare products to existing and potential customers, and run proof of concept trials for customers.</p>
<p>Specifically, we are looking for you to:</p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and map customer initiatives and business problems to Cloudflare solutions</li>

<p><strong>What you’ll do as a Senior Solutions Engineer</strong></p>
<p>Cloudflare’s solutions engineering function is responsible for collaborating with clients from early-stage ideation through to planning for production. Being much more than an expert solely in Cloudflare’s services, our Senior Solutions Engineers are expected to sit alongside our peers in our clients, and to contribute their energy, ideas and opinion on solving the hard problems we face in our industry today.</p>
<p>Often this means deep work on the art-of-the possible (and sometimes being willing to put aside preconceptions on the impossible!). <li>Collaborate with platform and product teams to design, implement, deploy, and validate proof-of-concept applications.</li>
<li>Support feature development in collaboration with the framework team, as needed.</li>
<li>Identify gaps, limitations, or areas of friction encountered during development and deployment.</li>
<li>Document findings, technical challenges, and recommended improvements.</li>
<li>Create clear developer-facing documentation and examples to support adoption.</li>
<li>Present work, findings, and recommendations to internal teams.</li>
<li>Operate under the guidance of experienced staff, with regular reviews of your work to support your professional development.</li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need:</strong></p>

<li>Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li>
