5134f925-71f Multi Skilled Operative Join Biffa as a Multi Skilled Operative in Aldridge and play a key role in our operations team. As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery, including a Forklift, to a safe and satisfactory standard. You will also communicate any problems or obstacles to your immediate supervisor and strive to reduce waste and increase productivity across all lines.

You will work a shift pattern of Monday to Friday, with immediate starts available. No waste management experience is needed, as on-the-job training will be provided.

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will support your shift colleagues in achieving excellence in health and safety, product quality, asset performance, and employee engagement on shift.
