Reporting to the Team Leader, you will play an important role in maintaining high cleaning standards across all areas of the site. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility, including weekend work and shift-based availability, to meet the demands of a dynamic, high-footfall environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating cleaning machinery - electric vehicle, scrubber-dryers, waste compactors
• Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standards across designated areas
• Operate cleaning equipment such as scrubber-dryers and vacuum cleaners safely and effectively
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health & safety and COSHH regulations
• Report any defects, issues, or hazards promptly to the Team Leader
• Assist with waste management and recycling processes
• Maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and use resources efficiently

Requirements

• Full UK driving license
• Good understanding of verbal and written English
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime when required
• Awareness of health & safety and COSHH regulations

Desirable

• Previous experience in a cleaning role
• Experience operating cleaning machinery e.g., scrubber-dryers, waste compactors (advantage but not essential)
