• Provide application support for EQ Derivatives Vol and Convertible Bond tools/analytics users, including troubleshooting derivatives pricing/risk-related issues and training users on various platforms.
• Support Millennium's tools around Vol Analytics/Market data/Pricers/Risk as well as external tools for Convertible bonds pricing, including testing, marketing, and implementing algorithms with PM teams.
• Build tools/scripts for efficient monitoring and support for intra-day and EOD jobs, platform performance measurement, and enrich market data time-series datasets.

Qualifications:

• 5 years front-office trading support/Dev experience preferred.
• Knowledge and good understanding of Equity Derivatives products as well as Convertible bonds and knowledge of volatility surfaces/forward calibration.
• Python, Unix shell scripting, and ability to understand Java environment.
• Experience with Asian listed and OTC derivatives market, including any understanding of structured products impact/warrants markets is preferred.
• Good team player – one who is able to prioritize competing demands in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
• Possesses a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, demonstrates thoroughness, and strong ownership of work.
• Quick thinker and problem solver, able to think on their feet and make informed decisions to resolve/mitigate issues.
• Experience with vendors like Bloomberg/Reuters/IHSMarkit/ICE-Cscreen/Monis/other vendors would be a big plus.

• Create and maintain high-quality training datasets, evaluation rubrics, and feedback loops using real Legal Operations cases to enhance AI performance.

• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with technical teams to build end-to-end workflows using automation tools.

• Measure and report on automation coverage, accuracy, risk reduction, and efficiency gains while training and upskilling the broader Legal Operations team.

• Analyze complex legal and compliance problems in partnership with legal stakeholders to ensure platform rules and regulatory requirements are followed.

• Interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions and regulatory changes, maintaining precision and adaptability in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

• You may represent X in witness testimony or other external engagements.
