0ae38b27-a74 Plant Manager We are seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple on-site production plants at our Harvey site. As a vital part of the senior leadership team, you will direct and coordinate the schedule and activities concerned with the production of company products. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes, developing and executing operational strategies, and leading a team of operations managers, production supervisors, and support staff.

Key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related discipline, 5+ years of plant management experience in a batch process facility, and proven ability to manage change within a group and build strong interdependent teams. You should also have excellent analytical skills, experience with applicable EPA and OSHA regulations, and experience with ISO, TS, IATF, and other industry standards.
