This includes both individual and team work in areas such as:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automating workflows, creating self-service opportunities or implementing agentic solutions.</li>\n<li>New system implementations (e.g. RFPs, Data Migration)</li>\n<li>Deprecation and consolidation of low-usage SaaS productivity tools</li>\n<li>Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (integrating acquired companies&#39; internal systems with ours)</li>\n<li>Security, Audit, and Compliance programs</li>\n<li>Scaling org processes such as our Program Delivery Lifecycle</li>\n<li>Upleveling how we track Key Results, Program updates, and generally align work across the products at Stripe</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and produce high quality written proposals, communications and documentation.</li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to achieve goals with well defined success criteria.</li>\n<li>Help influence peers / stakeholders and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity.</li>\n<li>Lead program status reviews and prepare regular stakeholder and executive communications</li>\n<li>Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional project teams to deadlines through the proactive management of blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and risks</li>\n<li>Interface with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders across Stripe</li>\n<li>Propose, refine and implement process improvements and drive efficiencies across Corporate Technology</li>\n<li>Effectively manage change, shift gears comfortably, decide and act without having the total picture, and handle risk and uncertainty</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Who You Are:</p>\n<p>We&#39;re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
