Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development, including C++, TCL, Python, Linux, build and revision control systems, and specification writing/reviewing.
  • Expertise in software design, including data structures, algorithms, GUI and interactive systems, and event-driven systems.
  • Background in Layout Editor and its automation engines for Analog Design is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of digital EDA tools and flows, circuit analysis, layout principles, and semiconductor manufacturing.

You will be part of the Custom Design & Manufacturing business unit, which focuses on building software solutions for custom design, analog, and mixed-signal design.   • Electrical background (electrician or technician) preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, modify electrical schematics, and use AutoCAD
  • Validated ability to troubleshoot equipment and continuously evaluate for process improvements
  • Experience with conveyor system programming
  • Solid understanding of networking to include DH+, Ethernet, and remote IO
  • Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
  • Lean Tools – 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, Value Stream Mapping experience
  • Understanding of 8D, FMEA, and DMAIC processes
  • Familiar with TQM and Kaizen methods
  • One or more years of experience with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Knowledge of simulation modeling and visual factory management is preferred
