You will ensure the planning process runs smoothly, own communications with cross-functional stakeholders, and proactively identify opportunities to add value while addressing potential challenges, always striving to deliver measurable impact for our customers and the business.</p>\n<p>A Typical Day:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan agenda and own logistics for major product planning meetings and gatherings, and drive follow up actions to completion</li>\n<li>Communicate clear project plans including timelines, deliverables, and big rocks to the Platform Team</li>\n<li>Project Manage planning processes ensuring PRD completion and hand-off to engineering</li>\n<li>Provide transparent, proactive, and timely updates to requesters, leadership, and other customers of planning</li>\n<li>Work cross functionally with Engineering and TPM teams to coordinate engineering sizing</li>\n<li>Regularly report on the status of the planning process (KPIs) through a monthly executive summary</li>\n<li>Calculate and maintain capacity estimates for the platform + experience team and CS Labs team</li>\n<li>Allot work to the CS Labs team in alignment with the product roadmap and priorities</li>\n<li>Maintain source of truth trackers and documentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Your Expertise:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or product operations roles with a proven track record of success</li>\n<li>Proven experience leading cross-functional product planning or portfolio management processes with executive visibility</li>\n<li>Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written and presentation, to all levels of an organization</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>\n<li>Understanding of product management processes, experience working with engineering teams</li>\n<li>Proficiency in virtual collaboration and project management tools like Asana, Jira, and Airtable</li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally across teams</li>\n<li>Hands-on, working knowledge of software product development life-cycle and methodologies.
