<p>This position is needed to grow, educate, and engage Twilio&#39;s global developer audience through video and media. As a Technical Video Content Intern, you&#39;ll combine your passion for technology with storytelling to create short-form video content that helps developers succeed with Twilio&#39;s platform.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ideate, develop, and release a specific short-form video series tailored for social platforms.</li>
<li>Assist in growing Twilio&#39;s developer audience through short-form video that educates and entertains developers on Twilio&#39;s platform (Content Creation).</li>
<li>Develop content concepts, outlines, and scripts for tutorials and explainers (Pre-Production).</li>
<li>Regularly appear on camera to deliver engaging technical content.</li>
<li>Collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content is technically accurate and aligned with developer needs.</li>
<li>Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to review final edits for clarity and quality.</li>
<li>Publish and maintain content across Twilio&#39;s developer channels and social platforms (Distribution).</li>
<li>Use analytics and feedback to learn and continuously improve your storytelling.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Currently enrolled in an accredited university as a Junior or Senior, preferably studying Computer Science, Communications, Film, or a related field.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of how to create and edit short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).</li>
<li>Foundational knowledge of web-based technologies, including but not limited to APIs, and HTTP methods/requests.</li>
<li>Proficiency in at least one programming language of your choice.</li>
<li>Strong developer empathy and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.</li>
<li>Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.</li>
</ul>
<p>Travel:</p>
<p>We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.</p>
