We are entering an expansive phase and have several exciting assignments and projects coming up within the area of Verification & Validation of Onboard Chargers (OBC). As a Software Engineer in V&V for OBC, you will have the opportunity to work across a broad technical scope, be part of advanced development environments, and contribute to ensuring that our customers receive safe and high-performance charging systems.

You will work both in lab environments, climate chambers, and in the field, contributing to the development of test methods, test environments, and automated tests.

A central part of the role is analysing test results, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, and compiling reports to present your recommendations to both technical teams and project organisations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with several areas of expertise, often taking on a coordinating role in many of the assignments.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to combine hands-on testing, technical analysis, and collaboration in an environment where new projects and technological solutions are constantly evolving.

About You

To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe you have an analytical and structured working style, with the ability to break down complex technical questions and create clarity in both processes and test methodology. You take initiative, work independently, and take responsibility for moving your work forward, while also valuing collaboration and contributing actively to the team’s shared goals.

Since the role involves frequent contact with both colleagues and customers, you are communicative, relationship-oriented, and confident in presenting technical results in a way that is easy to understand. You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a hands-on environment where you can test, analyse, and improve – and you see opportunities even when challenges arise.

We also believe you have a strong desire to develop and stay updated on new technologies. You thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift and have the ability to maintain focus and structure even when multiple tasks are running in parallel.
