We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Göteborg. As a Project Manager, you will lead and plan projects throughout their entire lifecycle, either internally at AVL or externally with our customers. You will drive projects forward by ensuring that budgets, resource needs, and timelines are well-defined, achievable, and continuously followed up. A central part of your work will be delivery management, where you will ensure that project goals are met on time, with the right quality, and in close dialogue with both internal and external stakeholders.
\nAs a Project Manager, you will also work in the tender phase, where you, together with our technical experts, will develop structured plans, timelines, resource assessments, budget proposals, and technical content for new projects. To succeed in this role, you need to be able to understand technical discussions on an overarching level and translate them into clear plans and decision-making materials. Communication, documentation, and follow-up are essential parts of your daily work.
\nThe role involves working closely with experts both globally within AVL and externally with our customers – always with cutting-edge technology. If you work on internal projects, you will be based at our new office on Lindholmen.
