Basic Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in roles that require direct technical customer interaction, such as Solutions Engineering or a Pre-sales background preferably in the IT-security space Knowledge of commonly used security technologies and protocols including two-factor authentication, IAM, Single Sign-On, VPN, various authentication protocols (FIDO, PIV, OATH, SAML, OpenID, ADFS) Able to configure and install enterprise technologies including network infrastructure, virtualization, web applications, Windows, Mac, and Linux Able to troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux environments Excellent written and oral business communication skills Excellent project management skills Ability to collaborate across geographically dispersed functions Proficient French as well as good English and Spanish are required. An extra bonus is if you can speak other languages as well such as Portuguese and Italian

As a key member of our team, you will work with Cresta product and engineering teams to build and continuously improve the Cresta platform and new product requirements. You will stay closely with customers and their requirements, analyze the technical tradeoffs, and own the customer-facing deliverables.

You will demonstrate engineering best practices in deliverables and daily work, upholding others to the same high standards. You will take technical ownership in a substantial part of the Cresta authentication stack and contribute to building the best-in-class company in addition to building the best-in-class product.

Your responsibilities will include full-stack support for Cresta's 1st-party and 3rd-party authentication systems (frontend and backend), expanding Cresta's BYOID (Bring Your Own Identity) repertoire, securing sign-in (password authentication, multi-factor authentication, etc), and application access.

You will also build customized, streamlined, and frictionless customer-specific auto-login systems, improving and migrating from legacy authentication systems to more modern industry-based, standardized, and secure systems.
