We are looking for a talented Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales to join the security revolution! In this role, you will play a critical role in establishing technical credibility and confidence with our prospective clients leveraging your experience and drive to envision, position and sell Yubico's products.
\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nEstablishing yourself as a resident subject matter expert on Yubico's products and ecosystem\nStrategizing with sales reps to help achieve target sales quotas\nBuilding strong relationships with prospects and establishing technical credibility to help advance deals\nMaintaining relationships with existing customers and looking for opportunities to expand their product usage and improve their security posture where relevant\nBuilding and delivering successful Proofs of Concept (PoCs), deployment planning, and technical consulting engagements\nActively communicating with engineering and marketing with respect to evolving customer requirements in the marketplace\nContinually assisting with solutions development to expand to new target markets and industries\nImproving the customer's experience through conferences, workshops, and written documentation\nSupporting and being comfortable with the rapid, unpredictable nature of a young innovative company\nWorking with customers remotely and in person
\nBasic Requirements:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in roles that require direct technical customer interaction, such as Solutions Engineering or a Pre-sales background preferably in the IT-security space\nKnowledge of commonly used security technologies and protocols including two-factor authentication, IAM, Single Sign-On, VPN, various authentication protocols (FIDO, PIV, OATH, SAML, OpenID, ADFS)\nAble to configure and install enterprise technologies including network infrastructure, virtualization, web applications, Windows, Mac, and Linux\nAble to troubleshoot Windows, Mac, and Linux environments\nExcellent written and oral business communication skills\nExcellent project management skills\nAbility to collaborate across geographically dispersed functions\nProficient French as well as good English and Spanish are required. An extra bonus is if you can speak other languages as well such as Portuguese and Italian
