<p><strong>What you&#39;ll be doing</strong></p>
<p>As a NetSuite Developer, you&#39;ll support and enhance our corporate NetSuite ERP system, working closely with the Internal Services team and reporting to the Head of Corporate Systems. You&#39;ll develop new features, maintain existing code, and help extend NetSuite&#39;s functionality across the business.</p>
<p>Your work will include building custom workflows, forms, automations, and scripts within the NetSuite environment, as well as integrating third-party systems using REST-based APIs.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll also support business growth by assisting with data migrations and new functionality during acquisitions, while providing third-line support to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operations.</p>
<p><strong>Experience that will put you ahead of the curve</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience developing within the NetSuite framework, including custom forms, fields, workflows, validations, and modifying standard forms.</li>
<li>Experience with REST APIs for system integrations.</li>
<li>Develop reports and saved searches to support business needs.</li>
<li>Knowledge in AI technologies, with a desire to develop in this area.</li>
</ul>

<p>The expected range for this role is £48,000 - £75,000.</p>

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for an Analyst to join the People Analytics team as an automation expert. This role is hands-on, technical and analytical: you’ll build reliable datasets, prepare, audit and automate reporting for leadership reviews, and help scale reporting frameworks across the People data stack.</p>
<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Leverage our engineering stack, be creative and automate manual data analytics and reporting processes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Conduct data gathering, reporting and analysis needs for Executive Business Reviews and ad-hoc deep dives.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Own preparation of reporting and slide-ready data exports for Executive Business Reviews.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work with cross-functional stakeholders (People Systems, Finance, Data Platform, Recruiting Operations and more) to prepare, validate, and document datasets used for People reporting.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Help build and automate recurring reporting based on existing frameworks and stakeholder feedback.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Partner with data warehouse engineering and data stakeholders to improve accuracy, freshness, lineage, and robustness of core People datasets.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Develop ad hoc data pipelines and rigorous data validations to support high-stakes executive reporting and deep-dive analyses.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>We’re Seeking:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2–4 years in an analytics role (data analysis, data engineering, business intelligence, consulting or similar) at a high-growth organization.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>High performing and highly dependable, comfortable operating with rigor in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong SQL expertise. You will write production queries, build ad-hoc ETLs and conduct data validations as needed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable cleaning, joining, and validating multi-source datasets and communicating data limitations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing slide-ready charts/tables for leadership audiences.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and translate business questions into data requirements.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Strong Python and automation experience is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prior experience with HRIS/ATS/payroll data is a plus but not required.</li>

<p><strong>Workplace &amp; Location</strong></p>
<p>This role is based in our San Francisco office, and we aren’t considering remote applications at this time. We do encourage you to apply even if you prefer a fully remote role as location factors may change over time.</p>
<p>We offer relocation support to new employees, and we use a hybrid model: three days in the office per week with optional work from home on Thursdays and Fridays.</p>
