The Role

This is a builder role with direct P&L impact. You will own and scale the homeowner supply growth engine (across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention). Your Mandate

• Own strategy and execution for Belong’s homeowner funnel, from first click to full activation. • Identify bottlenecks and explode them with product. • Partner with leaders to deeply link paid acquisition with in-product performance, and ensure sales and operations can deliver on the promise of Belong. • Define success metrics, instrument everything, and build dashboards that replace guesswork with precision. • Write crisp PRDs, wireframe smart workflows, and ship frequently. • Operate as both a strategic thinker and a tactical executor, you will lead and build.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in product management with ownership over growth funnels, ideally in a B2C or marketplace company. • You’ve driven CAC down, LTV up, and activation time down with product, not just marketing. • You’ve shipped AI-powered product features and understand LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering. • You’ve built experiments with rigor and made hard calls with imperfect data. • You understand user psychology and can design onboarding flows that convert skeptics into champions. • You communicate clearly, lead cross-functional pods, and get things shipped. • You play to win.

Qualifications
