Copy Lead, Enterprise

We're looking for a Copywriter to help define how Anthropic speaks to enterprise audiences. As a Copy Lead, you'll partner closely with the Art Director, Enterprise and the broader enterprise creative team, concepting and writing across campaigns, solutions pages, events, content, and performance marketing.

The work spans many surfaces and channels, and each one requires nuance , a campaign headline isn't a whitepaper intro isn't a paid social line. You should know how to flex for each without losing the thread that makes it all sound like us.

You'll also work closely with our Head of Copy to keep evolving Anthropic's voice and tone guidelines through the enterprise lens. That means your day-to-day writing isn't just output, it's input into how the brand voice grows.

This role sits inside the enterprise creative team and will eventually report into the Head of Copy and Content, so you'll have a foot in both worlds: shipping enterprise work and shaping the broader writing system.

Responsibilities:

Write across the full enterprise marketing spectrum , integrated campaigns, industry solutions and product pages, event collateral, and performance marketing , adapting tone and format to each while keeping the voice consistent.

Partner with enterprise marketing to turn business goals and audience insight into copy that works for the brand and for the funnel.

Work with the Head of Copy to evolve voice and tone guidelines, using enterprise work as a proving ground for how the brand voice stretches across audiences.

Write for multiple enterprise audiences and know what changes and what stays fixed when you move between them.

Hold a high bar for every line. Edit your own work ruthlessly and give sharp, useful feedback on others'.

Requirements:

10+ years experience in breakthrough B2B and B2B-adjacent campaign development and copywriting , headlines, manifestos, campaign lines that sell an idea , with real breadth across the rest of the craft: long-form, scripts, product and UX copy, social, events, and performance.

Portfolio with range, spanning from brand to enterprise , campaigns, product and solutions copy, events, and performance , with a consistent voice running through all of it.

Think conceptually. You can take a brief and come back with an idea, not just a draft.

Are a leader-doer. You uphold a high bar, directing with creative judgment and taste, but stay hands-on. You can set the vision and also do the work , not just direct it from a distance.

Have written for enterprise, B2B, and developer audiences and know how to make technical subject matter feel human without dumbing it down or losing the people who actually build with it.

You may be a good fit if you:

Principal Product Designer

We're on the hunt for exceptional talent ready to join our mission and contribute to building a groundbreaking technology that reshapes how businesses engage with customers.

As a Principal Product Designer, you will be the steward of product excellence and user experience across our entire platform. This is not just a design leadership role, it's a chance to fundamentally reimagine how people work and interact with intelligent systems in one of the largest yet most antiquated industries: property management.

Our product is unlike anything in the market: it doesn't just support workflows; it executes them while working with the existing human teams. And this means our design challenges are novel, multidimensional, and deeply human.

You'll be the primary architect of how Zuma feels, how our AI interacts with users, how insights are surfaced, how tasks are completed across channels, and how trust is built between human and machine.

Your work will directly shape not only the interfaces users see but also the mental models they build, the workflows they adopt, and the outcomes they achieve.

You will:

Collaborate at the highest levels of the company as a member of the executive team, you'll work side-by-side with the founders to define product strategy and business direction.

Design for multiple personas across a layered ecosystem: from corporate operators and regional managers to on-site leasing teams and the renters themselves.

Drive user-centric thinking across the company, bringing a high-craft, systems-oriented approach to how we understand problems, experiment with solutions, and continuously raise the bar for simplicity, elegance, and usefulness.

Define new interaction patterns for a world where users collaborate with AI, not just click through forms.

Bring coherence to the Zuma experience, ensuring that whether a user is viewing a KPI dashboard, replying to a resident, configuring an AI workflow, or triaging alerts, they’re operating within a beautifully unified system.

Scale the design function from its early roots into a high-performing team, building the standards, rituals, and mentorship that shape a durable culture of product craftsmanship.

This is a dream role for someone who wants to build from first principles, challenge conventions, and lead design at a company where your craft and strategic thinking will shape how an entire industry evolves.

Product Designer: Customer Activation

About the Position

You'll be designing the future of product discovery. Constructor powers search and recommendations for some of the world's largest retailers and your work will shape how we show that to prospective customers. You'll own the demo experience: how big brands first see what's possible, and how they imagine their own shoppers using it. You'll also work on onboarding helping customers go live faster with less friction. It's a mix of vision work and practical tooling, with real impact on how Constructor grows.

About You

You're a product designer who owns problems, not screens. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can partner with PMs to shape direction, and know how to translate research insights into production-ready interfaces, working closely with engineers. You ship work that matters. Beyond being a thoughtful designer, user advocate, and strong collaborator, here are a few things we really value:

A goal-oriented, iterative mindset — You focus on solving high-impact problems and are comfortable learning, improving, and shipping quickly.

Practical experience with research — You’ve led user interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.

Experience designing for unfamiliar problems — You’ve worked on products where you had to understand complex workflows outside your own experience—especially in B2B contexts.

Experience turning ambiguity into structure — You spot patterns, define systems, and design scalable, reusable solutions.

Responsibilities

Visual Strategy: Defining a bold, new design aesthetic for the e-commerce demo site that visually represents “Product Discovery 2027.”

Interaction Design: Mapping out user flows and interactions for new, cutting-edge features that leverage AI/LLMs (details to be provided in the project brief).

High-Fidelity Mockups: Delivering final mockups and assets for all key pages and states (homepage, search results, product detail page, filtering/sorting experience, etc.).

Component Library: Ensuring all new designs are scalable and align with the existing/evolving Constructor design system.

Benefits

Unlimited vacation time - we strongly encourage all of our employees take at least 3 weeks per year

A competitive compensation package including stock options

Fully remote team - choose where you live

Work from home stipend

Apple laptops provided for new employees

Training and development budget for every employee, refreshed each year

Maternity & Paternity leave for qualified employees

Work with smart people who will help you grow and make a meaningful impact

Senior Software Engineer (Frontend/Full Stack)

We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Frontend/Full Stack) to help shape the future of AI-powered shopping in Copilot. This role is “full stack” in the truest sense—you'll collaborate across design, product, and engineering to deliver end-to-end experiences—but the center of gravity is the front end: building modern, convenient user interfaces that feel fast, polished, and reliable at massive scale.

You should be deeply fluent in at least one of our primary client stacks—Web (e.g., React), Kotlin, or Swift—and excited about moving across surfaces as the product demands. Some weeks that might mean shipping a high-impact UI iteration on web; other weeks it might mean partnering on a mobile surface, tightening API contracts, or improving performance and telemetry to ensure we can measure what matters.

We want an engineer who can jump in, learn quickly, and ship—someone who thinks like an owner, sweats the details, and can connect customer experience to engineering fundamentals. If you’re passionate about building delightful consumer experiences, iterating quickly with data and experimentation, and operating at the intersection of AI and shopping, this is a chance to work on a fast-moving product with real visibility and impact—while being part of a team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and collaborative execution.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities:

Build and ship Copilot Shopping experiences end-to-end, with a solid emphasis on frontend quality (UX polish, accessibility, performance, reliability)

Work fluidly across the full architecture: client (web/mobile), services/APIs, data contracts, telemetry/experimentation, and operational tooling

Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data Science to define success metrics, instrument telemetry, run experiments, and iterate based on outcomes

Design and implement reusable UI components and client patterns, while also contributing to service integration and backend changes when needed to unblock or improve the experience

Drive engineering excellence via code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD hygiene, performance profiling, and solid live-site ownership (monitoring, alerting, incident response)

Debug and resolve complex issues that span client – service – data/telemetry, improving observability and reducing time-to-diagnosis

Make pragmatic architecture decisions that increase modularity, maintainability, scalability, and developer velocity

Mentor and elevate the team through technical leadership, documentation, and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience

Meaningful frontend and full-stack ownership delivering polished, performant user experiences across web and/or mobile surfaces (Kotlin/Swift/web)

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience

Experience integrating clients with backend systems via client–server contracts (e.g., REST/JSON, GraphQL, SSE/WebSockets) and collaborating on API/data contract design

Demonstrated ability to debug and troubleshoot client issues and drive performance optimizations for high quality user experiences

Experience building accessible applications that follow WCAG and ADA specifications

Strong collaboration skills and data-driven execution: work effectively with engineers, PM, design, and partner teams; instrument telemetry and use data to iterate
