<p>The GTM Systems &amp; Tools team at Mixpanel helps the Sales, Marketing &amp; Finance teams execute their global and regional strategies through:</p>
<p>Maintaining a robust, trustworthy &amp; scalable CRM system Automating key workflows that drive efficiency Identifying, proposing &amp; supporting tools that fit our overall GTM strategy and data architecture</p>
<p>This team sits under the GTM Org and works very closely with the growth &amp; data teams to help achieve our broader architecture &amp; vision.</p>
<p>About the Role</p>
<p>This is a hybrid role based out of the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City Area. As a Sales Systems Engineer, you will be a technical partner to our stakeholder teams and be involved in the full software development life cycle starting from understanding the business needs/problems, translating them into technical requirements, identifying solutions, executing on them, creating and testing user stories and following through until the business problem is solved.</p>
<p>This person must be comfortable communicating with various teams and stakeholders to understand business problems and elicit requirements. This is a critical role for Mixpanel at this stage of our growth, directly impacting our ability to meet our revenue goals.</p>
<p>We&#39;re Looking For Someone To</p>
<p>Design and develop secure, scalable technical solutions on the CRM (Salesforce) platform using out of the box automations such as Flows, validations, and security settings Provide technical guidance to key stakeholders for new projects, enhancements, and bug fixes related to solutions being delivered on the Salesforce platform Maintain strong knowledge of Salesforce system architecture and development best practices Assist in increasing the efficiency of our GTM teams and in scaling our GTM stack (Co-pilot, Clari, Outreach, Customer.io, LeanData, Hubspot) for rapid growth Provide ongoing support and management of SFDC Function as the go-to person for enhancement requests and inquiries; Coordinate updates, modify fields and workflows, etc as needed Support day-to-day management of Salesforce configuration – customizing core architecture as well as profiles and user permissions Support day-to-day management &amp; execute changes of our lead routing/territory management system Drive data quality and enrichment projects across the systems Own the integrity of data at all stages in our GTM stack Manage enrichment vendors, optimizing for data integrity and accuracy Work with internal teams to establish processes that improve the data integrity of all objects; define best practices to help build increased seller productivity and SFDC hygiene</p>
<p>Minimum Qualifications</p>
<p>3+ years experience in supporting full-stack solutions using Salesforce Experience in Agentic workflows + leveraging AI to increase efficiency Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation, and user testing Experience in Salesforce customization and automation (Flows, Validation rules, Approval process) Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices Skilled in leveraging CPQ tools to optimize sales workflows and pricing models Salesforce Certified Administrator Should be a creative, self-starting, fast-learning, detail-oriented team player who thrives with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.</p>

<p>Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce Sales Cloud Certified Start-up SaaS and rapidly expanding sales organization experience strongly preferred Proficient with data warehouses, SQL &amp; other analytical tools (Fivetran, Hightouch) APEX Experience Hubspot certification</p>
<p>Compensation</p>
<p>The amount listed below is the total target cash compensation (TTCC) and includes base compensation and variable compensation in the form of either a company bonus or commissions. Variable compensation type is determined by your role and level. In addition to the cash compensation provided, this position is also eligible for equity consideration and other benefits including medical, vision, and dental insurance coverage.</p>
<p>Our salary ranges are determined by role and level and are benchmarked to the SF Bay Area Technology data cut released by Radford, a global compensation database. The range displayed represents the minimum and maximum TTCC for new hire salaries for the position across all of our US locations. To stay on top of market conditions, we refresh our salary ranges twice a year so these ranges may change in the future. Within the range, individual pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and other factors.</p>

<p>As a Senior Product Designer, you&#39;ll be able to own the design of products and features, working closely with the rest of the Engine team to design the product, and then staying closely involved as our engineering team builds, helping make sure the outcome is as good as possible.</p>
<p>The Engine team works with clients around the world. Some of the interesting challenges will be balancing the needs of both clients and their customers, creating journeys that work in multiple regions.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Lead design work across multiple product areas, solving complex, ambiguous problems with product owners and tech leads.</li>
<li>Anticipating and pre-empting unintended consequences and risks</li>
<li>Own the entire product design lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery, ensuring your work directly impacts the domains goals and desired outcomes</li>
<li>Design the visual and functional experience of our mobile SDKs for your product domains.</li>
<li>Adopt and develop our multi-brand design system to ensure a consistent user experience and unrivaled client configuration</li>
<li>Contribute to our ways-of-working, suggesting improvements and simplifications to team processes</li>
<li>Ensure our products are designed and documented to a standard that enables rapid adoption and meaningful configuration by our clients</li>

<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years experience as a UX / Product Designer working with design systems, tools, and research platforms (Figma, User Testing etc)</li>
<li>Lots of examples of designing thoughtful, accessible experiences for customers, driving inclusive and accessible design that demonstrates tangible impact for customers and businesses</li>
<li>Accomplished visual design quality</li>
<li>Able to push and evolve our design language to the next level</li>

<li>Practical experience driving adoption, alignment, and maturity of a design system</li>
<li>Extending the system beyond Figma and UI components.</li>
<li>Strong visual craft (illustration, iconography, motion etc), with a desire to define visual standards that help the wider design team maintain standards</li>
<li>Experience leading internal &#39;communities of practice&#39; to improve a specific area of design maturity (e.g. research, accessibility, or design systems)</li>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)</li>
