<p>A typical day for this role will involve building deep expertise on Airbnb in your market/region through user research, marketplace data, and an understanding of the competitive landscape. You will work with other functional leaders in your market/region to articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Airbnb products and new businesses. You will implement best-in-class product development and management practices, maintain and articulate a product feature and roadmap prioritization plan in collaboration with local teams, and advocate for and execute new products that deliver impact for our business and users.</p>
<p>As the Product Manager based in our EMEA region, you will report to the Product Marketing Director for International Markets. You will be responsible for the success of Airbnb products throughout their life cycle , from concept to release. You will be the voice of our products for the market in your region and love the journey from taking a product from idea to reality.</p>
<p>This role is based either in London or Paris (or within easy commuting distance of these cities). The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range shown below is annualized, is subject to change, and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a Client Partner to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of sales/business development experience across Greater China and/or APAC markets. You will define and drive X&#39;s Digital Native client strategy and roadmap, forge long-term collaborative relationships with top regional clients, and formulate and execute an industry strategy to drive client growth and achieve revenue objectives on X.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Defining and driving X&#39;s Digital Native client strategy and roadmap to develop business partnerships.</li>
<li>Forging long-term collaborative relationships with top regional clients based out of Greater China.</li>
<li>Formulating and executing an industry strategy to drive client growth and achieve revenue objectives on X.</li>
<li>Identifying incremental business transformation opportunities to build and retain senior-level X clients.</li>
<li>Collaborating with these clients, along with their media and creative agencies, to design and implement both performance marketing and brand-building campaigns.</li>
<li>Cultivating a wide array of senior client relationships on X, aligning their business and marketing strategies with X&#39;s solutions.</li>
<li>Working closely with our internal teams to identify and create new revenue opportunities for our clients.</li>
<li>Thought leadership – immersing yourself in the evolving social media landscape, and adapting to X&#39;s ongoing product developments.</li>
<li>Mentoring new team members as our organization grows.</li>
</ul>
<p>Basic qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 7 years in sales/business development across Greater China and/or APAC markets.</li>
<li>Sales-driven mentality with a competitive mindset to attain sales targets every quarter.</li>
<li>Fluency in English; Business Chinese is highly preferred due to the need to liaise with China clients.</li>
<li>Leadership skills to influence C-level marketers and agency stakeholders.</li>
<li>A track record demonstrating an ability to develop and grow a book of business.</li>
<li>Deep understanding of X, the media advertising landscape, and digital media&#39;s pivotal role in it.</li>
<li>Curiosity, aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel regionally as needed.</li>
<li>BA / BS degree and above.</li>
