      <Description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>As a Senior Talent Mobility Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering a world-class mobility and US immigration experience for EA&#39;s employees across the United States. With a primary focus on case management and process efficiency, you&#39;ll support our talent across every stage of the immigration lifecycle, cultivating an environment where our employees feel supported and informed.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>US Immigration Case Management</strong>: You will manage end-to-end US work authorization and immigration matters (H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, Green Card, etc.), acting as the employee&#39;s primary point of contact. You will lead the case intake, documentation, communications, and vendor coordination for all US immigration cases. You will track and report on case progress to ensure timely execution and compliance.</li>
<li><strong>Employee Experience</strong>: You will deliver empathetic, high-touch support for employees and their families, proactively communicating updates and guidance. You will gather feedback, identify pain points, and drive process changes to improve the employee experience throughout immigration and relocation processes. You will ensure all your interactions reflect EA&#39;s values of inclusion and respect.</li>
<li><strong>Process Management &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong>: You will develop, implement, and refine standardized processes and workflows for all aspects of US immigration and employee mobility. You will identify opportunities to increase efficiency, leverage technology, and reduce risk through SOPs, process documentation, and analytics. You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Legal partners to ensure alignment with EA policies and business objectives.</li>
<li><strong>Compliance &amp; Reporting</strong>: You will monitor federal and state regulatory updates impacting immigration and mobility. You will maintain accurate records, and provide reporting and metrics on status, trends, cycle time, and case outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. You will ensure all casework meets EA&#39;s standards for quality and legal compliance.</li>
<li><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong>: You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees, leaders, and cross-functional partners on all US immigration and mobility questions. You will facilitate training and communications to build awareness and understanding of mobility processes.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Bachelor&#39;s degree or equivalent relevant experience</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>5+ years of US immigration case management experience with employer-sponsored visas</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Experience managing high-volume, complex casework and coordinating with external immigration partners</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Experience collecting and reporting data using HRIS/case management systems and Microsoft Office</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Judgment and able to collaborate across all levels of a global organization</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p>
<p>The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).</p>
<p><strong>PAY RANGES</strong></p>

<li>California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) $101,700 - $151,900 USD</li>
</ul>
<p>Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.</p>
<p>In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.</p>
