This is a specialized high-impact, high-visibility role within the Technical Program Management team and is focused on leading and managing the ground-based infrastructure and systems that support satellite operations and missions.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing an integrated schedule for Ground infrastructure and operations, including antenna and hub system development, deployment, and operation of the global antenna network Driving priorities and execution of Ground development activities Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance to remove day-to-day execution obstacles and keep the program on schedule Identifying and driving risks to closure Communicating and tracking progress effectively Negotiating with internal stakeholders and working with international customers on Ground infrastructure development and mission operations Developing company-wide program management processes and initiatives Supporting trade studies, reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR), and anomaly resolution efforts

Requirements include:

Expertise in developing and managing program schedules and complex interdependencies using tools like Smartsheet or Project Bachelor of Science (or similar) degree in a related engineering discipline Strong communication skills, both internal and external facing Proven ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, overcome obstacles with creative solutions, and clearly document/communicate tactical plans More than 5 years of engineering experience on large complex hardware, software, and operations programs More than 3 years of engineering management or project management experience Experience deploying and scaling operations and infrastructure internationally

Bonus:

Familiarity with Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence Experience in the satellite communication industry or related fields is a plus Experience with US Government satellite architectures and requirements Experience with telecommunications and networks

The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, and the level and scope of the position.

Base Salary: $150,000-$210,000 USD.
