agreed timescales and with no disruption to IT Services along with resolving operational issues ensuring the integrity of the infrastructure is maintained in support of IT Services.</p>\n<p>Implement effective emergency operating procedures to ensure system recovery is achieved with minimum impact to services, escalating and raising awareness as appropriate.</p>\n<p>Schedule and manage the planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance of engineering systems and infrastructure, whilst ensuring work is completed within agreed timescales and to expected quality.</p>\n<p>Support the other dimensions of the role include the scheduling and execution of all required infrastructure installations required to support IT Hardware and Equipment.</p>\n<p>Improve service quality, by continuously reviewing and enhancing methods of operation and maintenance, effectively utilising tools and system employed with the Group Data Centre.</p>\n<p>Ensure current Health &amp; Safety legislation and statutory requirements are met by implementing and developing safe working standards and procedures within the department.</p>\n<p>To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:</p>\n<p>Acquired a range of technical skills and experience within an engineering Data Centre environment.</p>\n<p>A track record of gaining an understanding of customers&#39; needs and delivering excellent customer service with a flexible and adaptable approach to change and will support others to respond in a similar way.</p>\n<p>Experience of supporting others performance, enabling them to achieve by providing clear direction, motivation and support.</p>\n<p>Experience of making prompt and practical business decision, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcome.</p>\n<p>Experience of working complex systems.</p>\n<p>Experience of Power (HV &amp; LV systems) Drups and UPS Systems, Air Conditioning &amp; water
