implementation of process improvements for DCS program management processes and tools.</li>\n<li>Providing hands-on management of projects/programs as needed while the programs grow.</li>\n<li>Overseeing customer relationships and acting as the key escalation point for programs, projects, and operational performance issues.</li>\n<li>Driving efforts to attain budget, schedule, and scope requirements.</li>\n<li>Driving the accurate and timely tracking and reporting of budget, resource, and project management standard metrics.</li>\n<li>Completing critical path analyses including the evaluation of potential means to accelerate the pace or mitigate identified risks.</li>\n<li>Identifying potential bottlenecks or delays in programs and driving efforts to Program Management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Program Management experience with Aerospace and Defense programs.</li>\n<li>Proven experience building, growing, and leading a program team.</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in project and program management.</li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.</li>\n<li>Ability to focus on long-term business objectives.</li>\n<li>Ability to run advanced projects/programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects, in a manner that is largely self-directed.</li>\n<li>Experience with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.</li>\n<li>Significant experience and excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite.</li>\n<li>Excellent skills in leadership, time management, organization, team management.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written ability.</li>\n<li>Expert understanding of complex project financials.</li>\n<li>A demonstrated record of working hard, being a trustworthy teammate, holding yourself and others to high standards, and being kind to others.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing programs in an
