As a key member of our team, you'll architect and build program infrastructure that powers current and future growth programs. You'll streamline and automate end-to-end GTM workflows, design scalable systems, and integrate tools and APIs to build agents and workflows that remove friction.

Success in this role means programs launch faster and with fewer manual steps. Segmentation, eligibility, routing, and reporting are reliable and auditable. The growth tech stack is simpler over time, with fewer redundant tools and clearer ownership. AI-assisted workflows deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, and cost.

You'll be a fit for this role if you've built automation, tooling, or systems that helped a GTM team scale. You're a systems thinker and builder who turns messy problems into simple, repeatable systems. You have a strong technical background and can collaborate effectively with engineers while also serving non-technical stakeholders.

Experience that helps includes 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations/Automation, GTM Engineering, or a similar role in a high-growth SaaS environment. You should have experience with AI-powered automation and orchestration tools, practical experience applying AI to real workflows, and proficiency with SQL and/or modern BI tools.
