      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a Material Control Supervisor to join our team. As a Material Control Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising all operations, including inbound, outbound, and claims processing. You will work closely with the Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure the delivery of objectives such as building safety, positive UAW relationships, error rate, denial rate, inventory accuracy, overtime percentage, absenteeism, vacation scheduling, grid time, on-time delivery, ISO 14001 environmental responsibilities, LPMH, process adherence/improvement, accountability, customer satisfaction, accurate application of the Ford-UAW National and Local Contracts, direct supervision/training of GSR 6 supervisors. Overall building organization and cleanliness, grievance resolution, supervision mentoring, and willingness to work all shifts as required.</p>
<p>Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Supervising all operations, including inbound, outbound, and claims processing</li>
<li>Working closely with the Superintendent and Plant Manager to ensure the delivery of objectives</li>
<li>Covering crews on whatever shift they are assigned</li>
<li>Attending, facilitating, and submitting proper documentation for crew meetings</li>
<li>Preparing/maintaining work-related records as needed</li>
<li>Scheduling workforce (including overtime and vacation)</li>
<li>Championing and leading continuous improvement initiatives toward best-in-class performance</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Minimum 1-3 years operational experience within a manufacturing parts environment</li>
<li>Self-starter</li>
<li>Willing to work rotating work hours when required</li>
<li>Knowledge or ability to learn current systems (SAP/EWM)</li>
<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to interpret data, evaluate actions, and reach logical conclusions independently</li>
<li>Goal-oriented individual</li>
<li>Have continuous improvement mindset</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to demand accountability from all employees</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred qualifications include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree</li>

      <Title>Process Engineer (Heat treatment)</Title>
      <Description><![CDATA[<p>In this position, you will be responsible for managing the Heat Treatment and Chemical Treatment processes in the building. This includes managing operations across both pusher and batch-style furnaces, evaluating the ergonomics of quenching and fixture-loading workflows to ensure operator safety. You will also lead &quot;Visual Factory&quot; management to make furnace cycle status, metallurgical trends, and production issues transparent to all team members.</p>
<p>Your responsibilities will include managing quality documentation process control plans, operator instructions, SCCAF, PFMEA, and heat treatment test documentation, etc. You will participate in Quality and Safety audits, prepare standard reports for Quality reviews within the plant and with other areas, and review rejected parts for quality integrity and decide next steps. You will issue daily Incoming Quality report and lead cross-functional team initiatives in quality to achieve no faults forward / zero defects.</p>
<p>You will deliver capable processes and tools, analyze root causes, engage in mapping and corrective actions, coordinate Green and Black Belt projects within the department, document and control error-proofing checks, internal checks, and additional containments. You will participate in interplant benchmarking exercises, actively participate in Simultaneous Engineering meetings, Forward Planning and Product Design to ensure MTC process is followed.</p>
<p>You will apply engineering principles &amp; analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products, implement interim &amp; permanent corrective actions to resolve quality issues using 8D tool, 6 panel, etc. You will manage and direct statistical process control activities, knowledge of and ability to execute measurement systems analysis &amp; variable data analysis.</p>
<p>You will establish and monitor quality target levels for each build, provide input for design and assembly concepts which will yield nominal variations, establish critical characteristics for gauging and measuring data collection methods, determine inspection equipment and facility requirements, support expedited concern resolution with cross-functional teams including the Quality Department, Production and Suppliers.</p>
<p>You will review internal/external suppliers for critical characteristics process compatibility, review incoming quality concerns to maintain quality with assigned area, must have experience with initiating containment, determining root cause, and implementing corrective actions.</p>
<p>Work with and manage hourly (UAW) personnel as required.</p>
