We are seeking an HR Manager to drive talent management and people operations for our growing UAE business. This role is central to how the organization scales.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Support recruitment across the UAE business, ensuring a high bar for talent while maintaining speed and efficiency.</li>
<li>Design and implement performance management frameworks, including goal setting, review cycles, and feedback processes.</li>
<li>Establish and manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and retention.</li>
<li>Partner with leadership to define organizational structure, roles, and reporting lines as the business scales.</li>
<li>Build and maintain HR policies and procedures aligned with UAE labor law and best practices.</li>
<li>Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring accountability, clarity, and alignment across teams.</li>
<li>Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent, performance, and organizational matters.</li>
<li>Manage employee relations and resolve issues in a proactive and professional manner.</li>
<li>Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Continuously improve systems and processes to support a growing organization.</li>
</ul>
<p>Background &amp; Experience</p>
<ul>
<li>6–10+ years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to talent management and organizational development</li>
<li>Experience operating in high-growth or scaling environments</li>
<li>Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and organizational design</li>
<li>Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Experience building or formalizing HR processes and systems</li>
<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>
<li>Highly organized, with strong attention to detail</li>
</ul>
