You&#39;ll also help build the scalable systems and processes needed to support our rapidly expanding federal business.</p>\n<p>If you&#39;re someone who combines deep government finance expertise with a builder&#39;s mindset , and you&#39;re eager to help scale one of the most strategically important parts of a fast-growing aerospace company , we want to talk.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead financial analysis and deal support for U.S. government proposals, including pricing models, cost volumes, and compliance reviews.</li>\n<li>Partner with Business Development, Contracts, and Program teams to ensure alignment with FAR, DFARS, and CAS requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain revenue forecasts, pipeline analyses, and bookings reports for government sales.</li>\n<li>Provide insights to leadership on customer economics, contract terms, and financial risk.</li>\n<li>Build scalable tools, reporting mechanisms, and financial models to support government program growth.</li>\n<li>Represent Finance in internal reviews, customer audits, and compliance assessments.</li>\n<li>Mentor junior analysts and help shape the evolution of the Government Sales Finance function.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3–5 years supporting U.S. government contracting or government sales finance.</li>\n<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, CAS, and U.S. government cost principles.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated success in proposal pricing, financial modeling, and supporting contract negotiations.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.</li>\n<li>Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment where systems and processes are being built.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Bonus:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>CPA, CMA, MBA, or CDFM certification.</li>\n<li>Experience in aerospace, defense, or satellite industries.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with both firm-fixed-price and cost-plus contract types.</li>\n<li>ERP (NetSuite or equivalent) experience.</li>\n<li>Prior experience at a startup or high-growth technology company.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What we offer:</p>\n<p>All our positions offer a compensation package that includes equity and robust benefits.
