<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>

<li>Provide independent advice to the Strategy Lead</li>

<p><strong>Pre Event</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>History - Last event and last year</li>
<li>Tyre modelling - Energy/deg/wear/warmup, by compound/track temp/individual wheel for algorithm</li>
<li>BOP – summary and sensitivity</li>
<li>Weather, base numbers, event/track/car</li>
<li>Overview and software specific, energy save – efficiency, cost/benefit</li>
<li>Regulation review</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Event (Lead Up to Race)</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist with information gathering, practice/qualifying plans, briefings and documentation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Practice/Qualifying</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Tyre analysis and modelling</li>
<li>Tyre strategy overview through the use of different compounds</li>
<li>Assist with pre-race briefing and documentation</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Race</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Preferred option and viable alternatives for race strategy</li>
<li>Analyse risks and opportunities for possible calls</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Post Event</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Numerical Analysis</li>
<li>Assist with SWG/Management Group Reporting</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on approach with a flexible &#39;can do&#39; and &#39;will do&#39; attitude.</li>
<li>Flexible with workload and tight deadline</li>
<li>Knowledge of English is required, and notions of German are considered as a bonus</li>
<li>Pro-active problem solver</li>
<li>Strong communicator</li>
<li>Strong organisation and planning capacities</li>
