<p>This position for the Audi Revolut F1 Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).</p>
<p><strong>Your mission</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Build, maintain, and optimize hydraulic systems for the race cars.</li>
<li>Design, manufacture, and install hydraulic lines and components.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain specialized equipment for the racing team.</li>
<li>Plan and execute technical tests, measurements, and data collection.</li>
<li>Support the initial assembly and continuous development of the car.</li>
<li>Manage Power Steering (PAS) assembly, installation, and calibration.</li>
<li>Perform assembly and service work for the steering column.</li>
<li>Execute specific sub-assembly tasks as defined by the department leader.</li>
<li>Achieve full integration into the Hydraulic Lab team and its dynamics.</li>
<li>Demonstrate independence in assigned tasks with minimal supervision.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mechanical or electromechanical education, such as polymechanic or electromechanic.</li>
<li>Proven experience in measurement technology and conducting technical tests.</li>
<li>Practical skills in manufacturing and adapting parts using milling and turning.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in the assembly of mechanical sub-assemblies.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using torque wrenches and precision measuring instruments.</li>
<li>Fluent communication skills in both German and English.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work beyond standard hours, especially during peak or winter periods.</li>
<li>Strong focus on accuracy and composure under extreme time constraints.</li>
<li>Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative team approach.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Job Role</strong></p>
<p>We are seeking a skilled CNC Setter/ Operator to join our team in the Disc Cell. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating 3 Axis CNC lathes and milling machines, producing high-quality parts to meet customer specifications.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Run proven programs, adjust work and/or tool co-ordinates and correct any errors.</li>
<li>Set tools and produce a ‘First Off’ part to correct quality standard</li>
<li>Carry out 1st off inspection from engineering drawings and update paperwork.</li>
<li>Ensure the cell output is made to the agreed schedules.</li>
<li>Ensure the quality of the machine output is to required specification</li>
<li>Apply machine maintenance as per schedules.</li>
<li>Co-operate and liaise with all other areas when required.</li>
<li>Ensure 5‘s is maintained in the cell and other areas.</li>
<li>Carry out any other duties reasonable within capability including possible secondment to work in other areas on the shop floor.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Additional Working Hours</strong></p>
<p>Work overtime when required, weekend working etc.</p>
