      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re looking for a talented Ford Customization Designer to join our team. As a Ford Customization Designer, you will be responsible for forecasting design trends and analyzing Brand DNA to ensure all designs align with the vehicle line&#39;s identity. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment, interfacing directly with Planning, Marketing, and Engineering teams, as well as external vendors. Your role is critical in bridging the gap between initial 2D/3D concepts and the final development of physical models, ensuring all project objectives and timelines are met with the highest quality standards.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Create unique exterior and interior design proposals for Vehicle Personalization projects.</li>
<li>Prepare 2D and 3D concepts using appropriate computer technology and software.</li>
<li>Forecast design trends as they apply to the respective project.</li>
<li>Analyze Design Brand DNA as it relates to the vehicle line and create appropriate designs.</li>
<li>Gather input from Ford Customization management and interface with Planning, Marketing, and Engineering teams.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other disciplines, including product marketing, engineering, and vendors, to execute project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.</li>
<li>Follow the development of physical models.</li>
<li>Deliver projects on time and with high quality, based on agreed schedules with VP management.</li>
<li>Abide by all established Security guidelines.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree</li>
<li>3+ years of professional experience in transportation design</li>
<li>3+ years of experience using 2D sketching and rendering with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, Alias, V-Red, and Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>1+ years of experience using AI tools</li>
<li>Must have a transportation design portfolio to share</li>
</ul>
<p>Even better, you may have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Transportation Design or Industrial Design.</li>
<li>Experience preparing presentation boards and presentations in PowerPoint; ability to visually articulate brand vision and definition through a design portfolio.</li>
<li>Demonstrated collaboration, communication, and organization skills; ability to write, sketch, and manage a wide variety of content in a fast-paced environment.</li>
