<p>Eurostar operates several high-speed train fleets capable of running across multiple countries and has announced the acquisition of new trainsets expected in the early 2030s. Maintaining a fleet with high levels of safety, reliability, availability, and regulatory compliance,particularly with EU Commission Regulation 2019/779 on the certification of Entities in Charge of Maintenance (ECM),is a major challenge.</p>
<p>As an Expert ECE B - COSMOS Project - Transmanche, you will be responsible for ensuring the high level of safety, reliability, availability, and regulatory compliance of the Transmanche fleet. This includes working closely with the project team to implement new systems and processes, providing expertise on maintenance data and regimes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.</p>
<p>Responsibilities ---------------</p>
<ul>
<li>Be the reference for new ECE B processes and IT systems that support them, including drafting target processes</li>
<li>Be the reference for maintenance data within this scope</li>
<li>Be the point of contact for SNCF stakeholders performing tasks within this domain for the COSMOS project</li>
<li>Support change management by providing training, developing training materials, and being operationally present during key project moments</li>
<li>Provide expertise within the project and follow up on evolutions related to reference data and maintenance regimes of the e300- and e320 fleet (and potentially the new Celestia fleet), including updates and the tools currently used to support the relevant processes</li>
<li>Provide expertise within Rolling Stock regarding the target tools of COSMOS and their use for creating and updating reference data</li>
<li>Draft new procedures to be applied during the planned Go Lives of the project and provide support for updating applicable reference documentation following project changes</li>
<li>Prepare, organize, and follow up on actions from working groups with internal and external stakeholders to establish new procedures, inform involved operators, and facilitate implementation</li>
<li>Be the point of contact for SNCF engineering for all questions related to services delivered to Eurostar within the COSMOS project, and coordinate internal and external resources to provide timely answers according to the project plan</li>
<li>Ensure expertise in maintenance reference data of the Transmanche fleet in the new tools, including trainset registration, composition management, and defining and managing maintenance regimes</li>
<li>Draft and update operational documentation for reconfiguring Transmanche trainsets</li>
<li>Be responsible for defining and making available performance indicators within your domain in the decision-support system to be developed by Eurostar</li>
<li>Provide necessary training for users of the tools, including creating supporting materials and resources</li>
<li>Be present on the ground during Go Lives, test phases, and operational data migrations</li>
<li>Register and complete actions in project tracking tools to keep all stakeholders informed of the project&#39;s progress</li>
</ul>
