You will lead a large, geographically distributed team of Recruiting Coordinators and team leads, with responsibility for the systems, workflows, and service standards that enable smooth and exceptional hiring across the entire company.</p>\n<p>This role blends global people leadership, operational rigor, and strategic design. You’ll build an AI-first candidate experience model, support some of the most complex and confidential searches at OpenAI, and drive the infrastructure needed to support high-volume and research-level technical hiring.
