<p>As a Sales Account Management, Senior Associate at Synopsys, you will be responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective customers to drive renewal and generate new business within your assigned territory or product line.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include selling Synopsys products and services through both telephone and face-to-face interactions, identifying customer pain points, creating and maintaining comprehensive account plans, researching and developing prospective customer leads, drafting clear and effective written proposals and quotations, coordinating sales efforts with marketing, account teams, sales management, accounting, legal, and technical services, providing accurate forecasts for new sales and renewal revenues, and participating in trade shows, conventions, and schedule training and seminars.</p>
<p>In this role, you will drive revenue growth and account penetration, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, expand Synopsys&#39; footprint in Germany, enable cross-functional collaboration, provide valuable market insights and feedback, promote Synopsys&#39; reputation as a trusted partner and innovator in the technology industry, support the adoption of advanced engineering solutions, and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.</p>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need a bachelor&#39;s degree in technical, engineering, business, or a related field with at least 1+ years of professional experience or 3+ years of relevant experience, fluency in both English and German, ability and willingness to travel up to 50% within Germany, basic understanding of engineering analysis and technology, knowledge of the specific territory, product line, or customer base, proven ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities, and track progress efficiently, strong communication and organizational skills, sales fundamentals understanding or demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify and deliver appropriate solutions for customers.</p>
