      <Description><![CDATA[<p>This role involves taking ownership of the design for sustainability of Logitech&#39;s products, including building cost and CO2e assessment models, reviewing the feasibility of sustainable solutions, and leading the engineering qualification for Logitech PWS products at an ME component level.</p>
<p>The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in mechanical design/development of high-volume consumer electronic products, good knowledge of plastic, moldflow analysis, injection tooling, injection molding, assembly process and defect analysis, and skillfully use 3D modeling and problem-solving skills.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Support internal and external databases to build cost and CO2e assessment models that will establish a design for sustainability.</li>
<li>Review the sustainable solution&#39;s feasibility from internal and external, lead the engineering qualification for Logitech PWS products at an ME component level.</li>
<li>Support close technical relationships with suppliers to identify best CO2 saving solutions, including emerging technologies that provide CO2e improvements.</li>
<li>Second source of mechanical-related parts qualification for sustainability.</li>
<li>Communication with other teams is also required to ensure the schedule, cost and performance of the project.</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in mechanical design/development of high-volume consumer electronic products.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of plastic, moldflow analysis, injection tooling, injection molding, assembly process and defect analysis.</li>
<li>Skillfully use 3D modeling and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Familiar with the quality tools such as DOE, FMEA, PSS, and Tolerance Analysis.</li>
<li>Good understanding of risk management.</li>
<li>Advanced Knowledge of quality tools such as DFMEA, DFMA, PSS, and Tolerance Analysis.</li>
<li>Taking initiative in the job.</li>
<li>Creative and self-motivated.</li>
<li>Good command of English writing and speaking, and the ability to make a file for presentations.</li>
</ul>
<p>In addition, skills and behaviors as below could be a plus:</p>
<ul>
<li>Fluent in English speaking.</li>
<li>Rich experience in moldflow simulation, Injection modeling/tooling and Stamping tooling.</li>
<li>Experience in a foreign-funded company.</li>
<li>Outstanding 3D modeling</li>
