<p>Your key responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Independently operating thermal vacuum (TVAC) chambers, thermal chambers, and electrodynamic shakers for component and vehicle-level testing</li>
<li>Utilizing a wide range of test equipment and data acquisition systems, including building and maintaining specialized test setups</li>
<li>Proficiently using a variety of software tools and services for test automation, data analysis, documentation, and procurement</li>
<li>Performing tests and verifications of flight hardware to test requirements, documenting results in a clear, precise, and complete manner to meet product quality standards</li>
<li>Responsible for maintenance and calibration activities of test equipment</li>
<li>Interpreting drawings, specifications, assembly procedures, test procedures, etc.</li>
<li>Support engineering troubleshooting and root cause investigations</li>
<li>Assist with area efficiency and 5S improvement projects</li>
<li>Use mechanical hand tools and torque wrenches for various test setups</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements include:</p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of hands-on experience in test, manufacturing, or production environments</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted</li>
<li>Must be willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends during critical test campaigns (24/7 operations)</li>
<li>Capability to work 12-hour shifts during mission-critical operations</li>
<li>Shift Start Times: 1st shift - 6:00am, 2nd shift - 3:30pm (start time may vary based on operational needs)</li>
</ul>
<p>Bonus: Experience with thermal, TVAC, vibration, shock, or acoustic testing; familiarity with spacecraft components and environmental testing procedures; material handling equipment certification (cranes, man lifts, forklifts); track record of working independently and collaboratively in technical teams; experience mentoring or training technical personnel.</p>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>
